Horrible customer service, and there is no way they should even be in business. I contacted real estate agent Torria Husdson today regarding a rental property that was listed on her website, and online. First off, the listing has 4 different numbers to contact someone which all go to her (1 phone line). So I was calling multiple numbers thinking different real estate agents where dealing with this property. She called me back, and I had several questions to ask. She was in a rush speaking with me, and she told me she was going into a garage as we where talking. She asked me if, I could view the property today. I told her that, I came by the property early this morning, and that I was currently at work. Then she told me that a guy had sent her a request for a application for the unit last night. Well this property has been online for rent since 11-9-2018, and the OTHER property has been online for rent for (10 months)! So I'm quite sure she just said that to put pressure on me, because NEITHER ONE OF THE 2 PENTHOUSES HAVE BEEN RENTED OUT FOR 2-10 MONTHS! I guess since, I couldn't come see the property RIGHT THIS VERY SECOND SHE HURRY UP, AND HUNG UP THE PHONE! I tried calling her back 3 times, and she didn't even pick up the phone. She didn't even call me back to inform me she would speak with me later or ask for my contact information. She was on her cellphone so she could've sent a text if the phone ACCIDENTALLY HUNG UP, or if she was BUSY. She didn't do neither, and continued to ignore my calls. She is very unprofessional, have horrible customer service skills, DO NOT LIKE POTENTIAL CUSTOMERS TO ASK QUESTIONS, is rude, and like to RUSH CUSTOMERS INTO RENTING/BUYING PROPERTIES. I wouldn't dare refer this company nor TORRIA HUDSON to anyone! It is so sad that a potential customer can't even speak with a real estate agent at this company without feeling pressured, disrespected, and not wanted at their properties. BEWARE!!!!!! This real estate company have the worse real estate agents working here, and you will be treated lesser than a human being.
