Tracy Pisenti is a Realtor with Compass. She lives in Danville with her husband Mike and their three boys, Jake (24), Justin (22) and Grant (20). Tracy grew up in Piedmont and went to UC Santa Barbara, where she received her BA in Business Economics. After working in the banking business for two years, she returned to the University of San Diego and earned her MBA in International Business and Marketing. After graduation, Tracy worked for ten years in the property and casualty insurance industry, designing and implementing sales and service training and incentive programs. In 2003, she joined a busy real estate team as their marketing and listing coordinator. She earned her license in 2005 and has been in the top 5% of realtors in the East Bay Area for the past 10 years.
