Trent Heminger

Originally starting with Tutt, Taylor & Rankin in 1999, Trent worked in general brokerage in Georgetown for three years. He then moved his real estate practice to a local new construction marketing firm to have the opportunity to sell new properties along with his resale business. Trent wanted to learn what it was like to start from construction plans and end with a home. He also wanted to understand the process of such a large undertaking. Trent has extensive personal experience owning and managing rental properties and renovating homes. This often provides first-hand knowledge that he can pass along to his clients in order to save them money and stress. Excited to be back with TTR Sotheby's International Realty, Trent’s enthusiasm for real estate together with this knowledge, his work ethic, and follow-through has earned him a great deal of repeat business with purchasers, sellers, and established developers.
