Valerie &

We have used Valerie as our agent multiple times both buying and selling real estate. Our most recent deal together was a sale of a home in Oceanside .Valerie was diligent, hard working and knowledgeable! She fought for us to get the price we needed on our sale and made sure we were able to close escrow asap.As an investor where time is of the essence for our transactions, Valerie understands what is needed and gets it done . She is you agent for life!We look forward to using her again on future transactions - Jenna

Valerie helped sell our house in Oceanside. We had a few problems, and I think without her we would not have been able to sell in a timely matter. As far as I'm concerned, she has to be one of the best! Harry Aby

Definitely one of the most sincerest and honest ladies i have had the privilege to meet with a heart of gold. Hope to meet up with again in the future! Brett Willis

Valerie is Amazing! She is a "Top Producer" in her company, but still one of the most down to earth, approachable people I know. She has a wealth of experience that she is always willing to share with those around her. She is hard working and generous. Valerie thinks outside of the box to come up with solutions to every challenge she comes across. Stephanie Booth Ballheim
