We were relocation clients with Vanessa, which added some unique challenges. We had a short window to find a home and make a purchase. Vanessa blocked out four days and showed me about 40 homes in several different areas. Her local knowledge was a terrific asset. Not being from the area I had a lot of questions and she was able to answer them all. We were able to find a home we liked and Vanessa was very helpful during escrow and saved us money and time. After the closing we were still in our old state for about five weeks. During this time she visited our house frequently and scheduled pool, gardening, cleaning and other services to keep the property maintained while we were not living there. She went above and beyond what we could have asked of her and this made our transition a lot easier.After living in our house for a couple months we are very happy with the house, neighborhood, and area. This is all thanks to Vanessa steering us in the right direction and guiding us to a great living situation.I would highly recommend Vanessa!

My husband and I used Vanessa as our realtor for our first purchase which happened to be a new construction town home. She was with us every step of the way, explaining everything thoroughly and made sure to make every appointment we had with the Builder should any questions or concerns arise. Vanessa also put us in touch with her lender who was able to give us a better rate than what was originally offered to us.
