Vea is relentless - which is exactly what I need in a listing agent, in a softening market. I put my condo up for sale in mid-October 2018, after seeing my neighbors's homes selling so quickly over the summer. Unfortunately, the market started to soften, requiring more work and attention from Vea. Additionally, I had moved away from the area while the property was on the market, so Vea went above and beyond to ensure that everything I needed done on the place was taken care of: replacing the front door lock (she waited for, and stayed with the locksmith for that), cleaned up after the stager's movers, got contractors to quote on work that needed to be done (she has a lot of contractors she works with, multiple for each type of work!) And, she was up to the task! She followed up with every agent who asked for disclosures, put up many signs, and listed my property on every real estate app there is. She did a great job negotiating with potential buyers, and eventually (at 5 weeks on MLS) found a buyer who offered well over asking! I am truly grateful for the work she did for me. I could not have asked for a better agent. I highly recommend her.
