Vida Madrid is the best! She is very, very enthusiastic and makes a viable plan to sell right up front. Also, when she was showing me comps, she was actually comparing apples to apples, unlike another realtor, who was showing me properties that were not the same as mine. Then she helps you get your place ready for sale, whatever it needs. We needed a couple of walls painted, caulking replaced around sinks, the patio cleaned up, the carpets cleaned, and then a good general cleaning. She knows people and will schedule them. Then she checks on their work, all while always keeping in close touch with you, the seller. I was under a considerable amount of stress with a disabled husband, trying to move out completely and move us back to Montana for the summer, and she was there for me every step. "We got this! Don't stress! We got this!" So, after she makes her plan, she follows through with it! She had an open house the first two weekends, just like she said she would. And in two weeks, she had it sold.
