Vishal did a great job in finding our first home. He worked hard on collecting all sorts information about every house that we checked out during our search. He does excellent research about what are the potential offers a house could get and comes up with the best offer that is not too high or too low. He has good acumen when it comes to predicting what will be the total cost of repairs and improvements if you were to select a house. In our case, the prediction was quite accurate. He has been very helpful to us even after the sale was completed in finding contractors, cleaners, gardners etc. Overall, Vishal was very professional and at the same time very friendly and approachable
