Walter Sieg

I hired Walt Walt Sieg to find a good Tenet for my newly remodeled condo .. he did .. they lived in the condo over 3 years .. pretty much every month I had to text him to deposit the rent money for me .. { should not had too since this was our agreement and he got paid for it } . He knew almost 2 month ahead of time that they will be leaving .. He let me know Less then a month before they leaving .. The tenets left the place dirty .. walls scratched , patched up walls , bath tub chipped , from both bathroom light bulb missing , shower looks unrecognizable.. filthy .. one window cracked - witch was fixed once .. I paid for it ! Now the same window cracked again .. and I can go on and on !! He left the tenets go and Never bothered to fixed nothing from the security deposit!! I find this very un responsible! .. this is Not how a realtor should take care of properties!! I know he did it just to piss me off becouse I did Not give him the listing .. and yes I did sell the place in 2 month !! Shame on every person {realtor } who is taking advantage of ppl who’s living out of state .. I would Never recommend Bay Really group on Tampa Rd Fl to Nobody ! 👎🏾
