To Walt Sugamura, integrity is everything. He believes in order to be a good professional, you first have to believe in what you’re doing and do it right. Walt has sold properties in Lakewood Ranch since its inception, working as a sales associate with Homes by Towne, Pruett Builders and Lee Wetherington Homes with sales volume in excess of $100 million during his time with these various builders. He successfully sold and marketed properties ranging from the low $100’s to over $1 million and it has given him a great base with which to work from in the general real estate market as well as his specialty in bank-owned properties. Coming from a Navy family, Walt was born in Carmel, California, and has lived coast to coast. He went to high school in Jacksonville, Florida, and graduated from the University of Florida in Gainesville.
