Have you ever been through the home buying process? If so, I'm sure you can appreciate some of the complications that come along with such investment. For Boston and surrounding area real estate, look no further than Ed Greable with Keller Williams. Ed and his network will break down the process from A-Z for both experienced and first-time buyers. Speaking from the perspective of a first-time buyer, I would highly recommend giving Ed a call. Whether you're just looking and planning for budgetary purposes, or beginning to get serious; this guy was super helpful! He and his local network streamline all of the in's and out's that come along with the process. Ed was low-pressure and readily available for all of my requests, regardless of how picky I was along the way. He really made me feel like I was his only client. I can personal say it has been both a pleasure and joy working with Ed.
- Mark O. Medford, MAI first found Ed through Yelp and after seeing the reviews I thought I'd give him a shot. I'm glad I did. He is the best real estate agent I've worked with. He is professional, extremely knowledge, always available, and not afraid to talk straight. I don't know how he does it, but like the other Yelpers have said, he makes you feel like you are his only client. He also has a great team around him that make the home buying process a breeze. I was able to buy the 2 family home I was looking for in just two months despite being in a highly competitive sellers' market. No way could I have done it without him. Honestly can't say enough good things about Ed and will definitely be working with him again in the future.
- Clinton H. Boston, MAWe found Ed online and we're so glad we worked with him! My husband and I were first-time home buyers and Ed couldn't have been more helpful. He patiently answers all questions and he's always incredibly responsive and professional. He'll give you his honest opinion and make valid and useful recommendations. Ed also has excellent insight regarding the housing market and communities around Boston.I truly recommend working with Ed. Especially in a hot market, it is so important to work with a trustworthy and knowledgable agent. We would choose Ed again in a heartbeat.
- Elizabeth H. Arlington, MAEd did a fantastic job of discussing, preparing, showing our house and completing the sale. Instead of the process being a trying and difficult one, Ed handled things so pleasantly and professionally that we had a fantastic experience just selling our house!
- Zaheed H. Medford, MAI have worked with Ed when selling my house. Ed was very pleasant and absolutely fantastic to work with. He knows his stuff. He has driven the whole procedure very smoothly. He is both friendly and professional at the same time.
- Laila B. Tampa, FLEvery agent makes the same commission percentage, but not every agent is the same. Ed Greable and his team helped me sell my home in April 2018. The experience was excellent and I felt like a VIP from start-to-finish. One of Ed's differentiators is the way he markets the property with an interior decorator consult, professional photography, floor plans, listings on all the sites, well-executed open-houses... the list goes on. This effort manifested itself in a "final offer", above asking, and after only one weekend of open-houses. From a transactional stand-point who could ask for anything better? In summary I am very thankful for Ed's help and *highly* recommend his services.
- Daniel H. Cambridge, MAEd is simply amazing. We looked for a house for more than a year and his patience, knowledge, and insight are boundless. I would and do recommend Ed to anyone I can.
- Jarrod H. Cambridge, MAI have known Ed for over 10 years and have worked with him in the past as agents in the same office and Ed is everything you want your realtor to be. He smart, savvy, outgoing and aggressive when he needs to be. He helped my family get through a very difficult sale, "difficult family members" and he kept the eye on the prize, it wasn't a million dollar deal, but it was important to us and he did everything he could to salvage the deal and the house sold by the skin of our teeth. He never let us know how difficult it was until years later. I recommend him to everyone I know. I call him about any smallest thing and he has time for me and gives me great advice, referring me to the right people for my business. All in all ED is TOPS in my book and you can tell by how well he is doing and well he is respected in the Real estate community. HE is a cool dad and has fun in life and he is the kind of guy you would love to have a beer with :) and just shoot the breeze.
- Joellen M. Medford, MAI've known Ed for over five years now and can't say enough good things about working with him.He was referred to me by a friend in 2009 and helped me find an incredible condo in Davis Square within a couple months. When I sold the condo to move in with my fiancee, I called Ed to handle the listing and we quickly sold it for more than I originally paid. He also helped a friend of mine find a great place in South Boston in 2012 and this year we called on Ed again to help us find a house in the Watertown/Waltham area. When we found our dream house, Ed's great advice helped us to beat out ten other offers to get it. Like other reviews have said, Ed is experienced, honest, and quick to respond. He was a great sounding board throughout the house hunting process and helped us to feel informed and confident about our decisions. Having Ed's help took a lot of stress out of the home buying and selling process. I recommend him to everyone I know!
- Christina R. Waltham, MAI could not have asked for a better experience house hunting than what I had with Ed. Having dealt only with rental brokers in the area, I was so grateful to finally work with a professional and courteous agent when it came time to purchase. Ed was thorough, available at all hours (even my ridiculous late ones), and made the process as seamless and stress-free as possible. When I was on the fence about a property, he provided his honest feedback and wasn't at all concerned about just making the sale. He even helped me through the very difficult rental situation I was trying to get out of - above and beyond the call of duty. I wholeheartedly recommend Ed - he's the most trustworthy agent I've ever worked with and I am so grateful to have been connected to him.
- Helia Z. Boston, MAYou need a realtor to sell your place, call Ed. You need a realtor to help you buy your place, call Ed. You need a realtor just for advice for anything in the area, call Ed. I had first called Ed a few years ago when I was thinking about selling me place. He gave me good advice, was always happy to speak with me, always responded in a timely manner, and I decided not to sell my place. So when I did decide to finally sell my place, I called Ed and he still responded in a timely manner and was happy to meet with me. He was one of three realtors I met with and he came in with the best action plan on how to sell my place. The entire process was quick, incredibly efficient and best of all, took very little work on my part. He has very good knowledge of the market, the area, and is a problem solver. On top of it all, he is a darn nice person and very easy to work with! I could not have asked for a less stressful and positive real estate experience and Ed is a very big factor in that.
- Nicole P. Somerville, MAEd feels like a brother to me now. I am a single mom, that had to sell a tiny eclectic DIY condo to buy a fixer upper, have dogs, and did not have a good base for down payment... and he still took me on as a client. :) He has given me solid advice throughout this process, and has provided supports where needed along the way (from finding a amazingly efficient and personable mortgage lender, closing with a funny and trustworthy lawyer, meeting with a smart to the point mind for advice on staging, securing a down payment, and finally finding a friendly voice to guide me in getting a competitive home insurance package). I feel like I just got another graduate degree, honestly. Oh and the pictures taken of my condo were stunning. WOW! I look forward to making this our next home, and will be calling when we are ready for something different. Looking forward to showing you what we make of our little ugly house as we shift it into a home. Thanks bro and to your team for the amazing guidance throughout the process. Peaceful vibes.
- Nicole W. Arlington, MASelling your house and buying a new one is a lot like getting pregnant - the moment you tell people that this is what you are doing, their first reaction is to tell you a horror story. When we told people we were planning to move, everyone starting telling us "sleazy real estate agent" stories. Well, there is nothing sleazy about Ed Greable at Bremis Realty - in fact, quite the opposite is true - he is a true gem in this field.Ed is just fantastic! He helped us sell our urban condo and buy our new house in the semi-burbs. As far as helping us sell, we could tell right off the bat that Ed was the best person you could have representing you at an open house. He is knowledgeable and charming, but he doesn't give the hard sell in that way that turns people off. In this wretched real estate market, our place sold in 2 weeks and we attribute a lot of that to Ed's efforts - checking in on us all the time, setting very high standards for what our house needed to look like both for the internet photos and the open houses, and making himself perpetually available to deal with interested buyers. Interestingly, the fact that our house sold so quickly caused us to really need to scurry to find a new place. This is where Ed became invaluable - his real passion is being a buyer's agent. Like most agents do, he sent us tons of listings and took us to tons of open houses. But what sets him apart is how much he genuinely cared that we find the right home, not just any home. Despite the rush we were clearly in, he never once pushed us to make a decision and he was so patient with us as we changed our focus a million times. He got to know our family's needs and would look at houses through our eyes. My husband needed to go away for a weekend right during that critical time and Ed spent the whole weekend taking me around, taking photos so I could email them to my husband, etc. When we found our place, Ed held our hands through all of the inspections and the closing. The sellers' broker several times mentioned to my husband and me what a pleasure it was to deal with Ed. This is the real estate world, after all - this type of thing doesn't usually happen!!I could go on forever about how much we trust Ed, how honest he is, how pleasant he is to deal with - but you should really see for yourself. I would never consider using another real estate agent in the greater Boston area.
