Karl was my Buyer Agent. Between our initial consultation and keys hand-off, we were in close communication around the clock for 45 days. During that time, he was my tireless advisor. He exemplified superb customer service skills and inspired confidence both in me and the seller's party. Very steep learning curve for first time buyers. Lots of parties and personalities involved. Actual process appears to be very market and participant dependent. Going to open houses and reading disclosures become exhausting quickly.A knowledgeable and hard-working agent went a long way in making the process manageable.

Ashley went above and beyond for us. She was a great communicator, worked long nights, accommodated all of our schedules, etc. Only have great things to say! I think its just hard to find homes online because by the time they come up offers have been submitted. Maybe being able to find homes before they come on the market would help. You all communicated well, were so accommodating with our schedules, kept us updated, worked long nights, and always asked what else you could do. Thank you!

Overall experience was good (especially Priscilia who is particularly great and on top of things) but I never got the single point of contact I requested (so relationship was a bit disjointed) . Also, the negotiation part at the end all felt very rush and I was not as closely involved as I typically am (because I was not in town and also I think because buyer agent was same agency so more beneficial for team to close quicky rather than try to negotiate for more) . You guys are responsive and competitive.

Wesley and team were great! As first-time home buyers with a ton of questions, he was very patient with us and always available to answer any questions we had. He was able to close on a home after two offers, which we feel we were very fortunate as we thought itll take 5-10 offers before ours got accepted. He found us an off-market listing right before he went on vacation, but he was still available to answer all our questions even though he was in a completely different time zone. This really showed us he was committed to the job and finding us the right home. While Wesley was away, Karl assisted in the negotiations and treated us as if we were his clients and was always available when we had any questions. Wilson is absolutely top notch! His team always hands down the best realtors when it comes to properties in South San Francisco. We wanted to be first time home buyers and extra needed guidance through the whole process.We decided on Wilson Leung & Associates as our buying agent based on their great Yelp reviews. Hessam was our agent and was an absolute rock star through the whole process. We did most of the search remotely while in New York and Hessam was our eyes and ears all across San Bruno, Daly City, and South San Francisco. She listened to what we liked/was important to us and took us to another place she thought we'd be interested in (keep in mind it was 6:15 at this point and we gave 0 advance notice), and was totally right-the second place was perfect. Makes sense-she was clearly actually listening to what we want, while many real estate agents pretty obviously just pretend to (which I'm sure can be fine for some people, I just don't want that agent). We looked at the unit and the communal spaces, and afterwards she explained some details about the homebuying process we didn't know, offered to put us in touch with people who could help (which she's since followed through on, same night), and offered to schedule time to sit down with us to go over property disclosures that we're unfamiliar with.
