Wilson was an absolutely a pleasure to work with. He made the home selling process comfortable and easy for our family. He always returned phone calls on time and always made his schedule available for us. He was professional and diplomatic in working with other realtors and potential buyers that put us at ease throughout the process. He is an honest broker who puts his clients interests first! He always disclosed the important features, including the cons, and would give us a recommendation/opinion if we asked what he thought. He is very knowledgeable on the housing market, takes his time and puts in 100% for all his clients!!! I recommend Wilson Stephens as a realtor because he is trustworthy, knowledgeable, and hard-working. Overall, the experience with Wilson was smooth and efficient! I would recommend him to anyone.

To sum up our experience in 1 word, FANTASTIC. Wilson was like Superman and did a wonderful job walking us through the sales process. He is extremely knowledgeable and has a quiet confidence that helps you relax through the muti-step process. He's a problem solver and is able to guide you through changes with confidence. He is able to work with both experienced and newbies to the real estate market.

Wilson asked for my feedback so I thought I would respond this way. I guess when your house sells you can then say the realtor did their job.Not so fast. I think you have to consider the grief to profit ratio. Many neighbors that I spoke to when I was selling my home shared horrific experiences in regards to selling their home. I found from my own personal experience and through talking with others many of the realtors had their own agenda and that agenda often and most of the time did not align with the client.The best thing about Wilson is his foundational knowledge about Real-estate. It's the simple terms that he always goes back to such as "preference" when the 50th person has walked through the door and no offers have been made. I can say honestly that Wilson never had an agenda that was contrary to mine. We always seemed to be instep and on the same page in regards to selling the home.In the end the job was done and we remain friends. I think this is the most telling aspect of having a realtor, a friend, I hope this helps.

I am so glad that I had chosen Wilson to help me with the process of buying my home. Wilson is professional, patient, and exceptionally thorough. I would absolutely do business with him again in the future. He is a professional that I'd recommend to all of my family and friends.
