Zach Goodyear

Zach grew up in New Orleans, LA and also graduated from the University of the South in Sewanee, TN. Following graduation, he worked in Washington, DC and moved to Nashville in 2001 to work as a sales mentor for Dell Computer Corp. In February 2003, he began his real estate career and was selling his first home a few weeks later. Zach currently serves as the managing broker for the Parks Gulch Office and serves on the Board of Directors for the Greater Nashville Association of Realtors (GNAR). He specializes in homes and condos in Areas 2 and 6 as well as multi-family sales management. Zach lives with his family in a 1920s bungalow in the Historic Richland-West End neighborhood. He has previously lived in Sylvan Park, Bellevue, and Belle Meade. When not working or with his family, Zach spends his free time playing drums and bluegrass mandolin.
