The results indicate that after the cooling down of a seller’s market, sellers are awakened by challenges and finally updating, renovating, and staging their homes again to boost marketability. Trends also point to the increase in Gen Z’s creativity for financially obtaining a home, as well as a continuing demand for properties with outdoor space.

HomeLight partnered with a third party research panel to provide survey respondents.
