Aaron did an unbelievable job in negotiating a price for our home! Aaron has an amazing amount of connections in real estate. He was able to find us a home off market/not on the MLS that fit all of our wants and needs. After getting into contract Aaron did an incredible job. He walked us through the process each step of the way and was able to set our expectations perfectly. He recommended contractors, lenders and movers that he worked with often. Aaron is simply the best! We had been looking for our dream house for over 3 years and had worked with numerous agents without any success. Finally we met Aaron who turned the dream into a reality within just 2 months of us working with him. He listened to our requirements carefully and worked very hard to find us the house in a very short timeline. He never bothered us with too much details and never bombarded us with useless listings. He showed us only those houses which he knew we would consider and yes we ended up buying the 2nd house he showed us. Aaron was very aggressive, honest, and prompt in negotiating the deal and never pressurized us to increase the bid price etc. He always pushed for our interest throughout the negotiation process.Even after the close of Escrow, Aaron followed up to ensure we were happy & comfortably settled which is not common. Agents normally disappear once the escrow is closed. He not only took care of all the things he had promised but also paid for things that the sellers agent had promised.Overall, Aaron is so far the best real estate agent in South Bay Area that we have come across and yes we have worked with quite a few given that this was our 3rd house. We would highly recommend him to anyone who is looking to buy a house. He makes the whole home buying process simple, quick and stress free.

Aaron went above and beyond to sell our house. Not only did he perform the normal marketing, showing, and friendly consultation of most realtors, he handled everything related to the selling of our house for us so we didn't have to. We agreed home improvements would be helpful to sell the house. Aaron and his team handled doing all of the remodeling themselves! He handled all the scheduling of inspections, work, etc. We didn't have to lift a finger or do anything! Moreover, he would personally show up at our house when we weren't there to handle ongoing, regular lawn maintenance and leaf blowing! I could go on and on. Needless to say, after moving no fewer than nine times with great realtors each time, hands-down Aaron is the best realtor I've ever had the pleasure of working with and knowing. And he performed all of this work on our house, which is one of the least expensive in the entire Bay Area. His customer service is on an entirely different level. He went above and beyond the call of duty working tirelessly on our behalf. I can't say enough about how much we appreciate his service, professionalism, knowledge, customer service, and ease with which to work.

Aaron helped us to get a home when the market was super competitive. He has great connection with other agents & brokers, as well as handyman & contractors. He was very responsive and explain things clearly in plain English. He worked very closely with my loan officer & the escrow company which made the whole process a lot easier. After the sale was closed, he helped us to repair several issues found in inspection report, and also arranged termite fumigation for us - this saved us a lot of time. We texted/call Aaron whenever we had questions about the home (mortgage, home repair, remodel, city code for remodel, etc.). We really like working with Aaron and I have referred him to several friends who are thinking to purchase a home.

Aaron is both very personable and extremely passionate about what he does and it truly shows in his work. We were definitely not the easiest clients as we were looking for a particular floor plan among other requirements all while staying under a certain budget. Aaron impressed us by his passion, information, and the execution power. We met Aaron on a hot open house, and he wasn't the list agent. When we have some question about a bedroom size, he just said "Let's find it out" and he went to get a tape. Then we talked for a while and he took down our info. Since then he started to provide us the fresh info about new listings, on market/off market, etc. Finally within a couple months he found a house for us and we bought it. Amazing - considering how hot the market was, and how tough to buy a house at that time! We asked him what's the secret. His answer was, "I work much harder than many other agent!" That's true. He and his team are both very responsive and information to handle lots of details. I'll say it's definitely a great experience to have worked with him!

There is no one else I would rather work with! Aaron helped us, literally, every step of the way. He helped us figure out our loan and our lender. He helped us write a reasonable offer. He walked us through the house multiple times and even helped us get measurements of the new house. He would meet us at his office, our house and elsewhere. When our offer was finally accepted he sent me congratulatory flowers, which was so thoughtful. His job wasn't done! He still helped us find a cleaning lady, a gardener, a handyman, and our movers. On moving day he showed up with champagne! We still call Aaron! He is the most helpful, generous person!
