I was looking for a Realtor in the Ft. Myers, Florida area who could sell a vacant lot for me and handle everything long distance. I needed to find someone that I could trust and that would handle everything in an efficient and professional manner. I located Abby Stiller on-lined and made the decision to contact her based on other reviews and the fact that she noted her willingness to handle properties in all price ranges. She answered her phone directly which can be a rarity in today's world, and after speaking with her, decided that she met all my requirements. She knew the market and property location really well, and within about 15 hours of my initial call, had not only completed the listing agreement, but also was able to get an offer back to me in the price range that we had discussed, from which we completed the sale. She coordinated everything with a local title company and all transactions were completed within two weeks. I would definitely recommend her!
