For the past 7 years, Adriana has worked exclusively for a private equity firm negotiating approximately 30M dollars worth of gross sales on behalf of her client along with managing a sales team to achieve over 70M dollars in sales from 2010-2013.Outside of her sales experience, Adriana has managed the process of acquiring and rehabbing distressed real estate for the flip and rental funds. Adriana has worked directly with Trustees, Contractors, Attorneys, Title Officers, and Investors throughout each step of the process to identify risk and negotiate accordingly to close transactions. In the later part of 2012, Adriana took over the management of a 300 unit portfolio of single family properties as property manager.
