- Alexandra helped me buy a home
I had a really bad experience working with Alexander Zhou when buying a home. Despite receiving a high commission fee, the agent did not put in much effort to help me find the right home. They didn't recommend any properties or point out major problems with the properties. On top of that, the agent had a really bad attitude and took our business for granted. I would not recommend working with this agent unless you're comfortable doing most of the work yourself. My suggestion for the agent would be to take their job seriously and provide better service to their clients.
