Alison Mendez

I’m originally from Jacksonville, FL and lived in St. Augustine, FL (the nation’s oldest city!) until relocating to the Triangle. My family and I have settled in Apex and couldn’t be happier with the town’s charms and area amenities. I have a master’s degree in Applied Sociology and much of my career has focused on health behavior and health research. My passion for helping clients in the health fields has carried over to real estate. I have worked for two national homebuilders in the area, giving me an inside perspective on the purchase and building process. Whether buying or selling, there are many details from financing to curb appeal, and I will be there to put all the pieces together.
