My love for the Real Estate Industry dates back to my time working in the mortgage department of a financial institution helping people save their homes through loan modifications and forbearance options. Soon after, I decided to get my license because I wanted to be on the other end of the mortgage industry negotiating for buyers and sellers to help them meet their Real Estate needs. As a buyer’s agent specializing in helping first time home buyers purchase their dream home, I know exactly what it takes to be aggressive with the adversary end and negotiate a good deal. As a seller’s agent, my job is to get the market analysis correct the first time so your house would not be overpriced and as a result overlooked. As an agent, my job is to work for my client and I will do exactly that.
