Andrea Jones and her brother are running an unlicensed remodel flipping scam where they remodel homes without licensed contractors. They think they can hide behind a land trust and a non occupancy seller disclosure when they did they remodel themselves. So if you are looking to purchase a home and she is the seller agent, and the home is owned by a land trust... run like hell. When they get called out on their bs work looking for 10k mediation, she will say her job ended at closing. The worst part is her brother doing the remodel will probably be living across the street from you watching you and your pregnant wife have to pay tens of thousands of dollars to make the home not be a living fire hazard.
