Wonderful every step of the way! All of our questions were answered quickly and thoroughly. She spent time getting to know us and what our needs and desires were, but adjusted along with us as what we thought we wanted turned out to not match up exactly with what we really wanted. Annaliese was truly a wonder to watch as she navigated one of the most horrific examples I've ever seen of a dysfunctional system within Bank of America. For months, she had razor sharp follow up skills and wisdom to anticipate issues and then tackle them one by one. It was clear from the beginning that Bank of America was not interested in truly resolving this issue, and she just continued to navigate and get us to the finish line no matter what the ridiculous obstacle that was presented to us.

Nothing that was off the market would show up. Some sites are confusing, they don't accurately represent the current status of a property -- but theirs seemed to be up to date, esp. if something was under contract, was a short sale, etc. The site also has a mobile web application, which makes it easy to use on an iPhone.Annaliese often knew important details about the properties we were interested in, had up to date info, etc. When we needed to put in our offer, she dropped everything and was very fast, efficient, and thorough, no mistakes.

I was thrilled with the service that I received from Annaliese Quisisem. She is completely dedicated, committed and went way beyond the call of duty to help me buy my first home. She is extremely professional and a very hard worker. She organized 400+ postcards to send out to a huge complex that I was extremely interested in, in order to help me buy a home.. Surprisingly, we ended up in contract for another property right before she could get the postcards out, but what a great example of her level of committment, not to mention creativity and ability to think outside of the box in such a competitve market. She was super responsive to every request to see properties and almost always was able to show me each property with in a 24 hour time frame. This was critical in an extremely low inventory market where the sellers review offers within days of the properties coming onto the market. She was very knowledgeable about what kind of lender would work best for me considering that I am self-employed and would need a lot of flexibility in such a sellers market. She referred a perfect lender that worked great for me on all levels. She was also able to negotiate something critical with my lender that he previously was completely unwilling to be flexible about. One call from Annaliese and he was willing to concede, which was going to make a huge difference in the amount of offers that we would be able to write. Just another example of where she will really go the distance for you! She was very knowledgeable about how to write offers so that they would be more atrractive to sellers. After the interview, my husband and I was very pleased that Annaliese was very professional and very knowledgable. This proved to be an extremely difficult and long sale. Annaliese was FANTASTIC! She was extremely professional, knowledgeable and upbeat throughout the entire transaction. She had very valuable connections with vendors as well as with lenders and title company. This sale required a lot of extra effort as it involved city restrictions which severely limited our buyer pool as well as lender availability.
