When it came time for me to purchase my home I chose Anne Krantz, from Berkshire Hathaway Home Services, in LA Mesa, California, to be my real estate agent. I found her to be dedicated, energetic and enthusiastic. She was quick to offer guidance and advice during the rigorous loan process. The first lender we worked with changed their requirements midstream, which unnecessarily prolonged the escrow and necessitated the need to go with another lender This frustrated all parties involved. Anne's perseverance to assist, however, was unwavering. She went above and beyond what a real estate agent is expected to do. She was able to work with the seller's agent to assuage their fears and concerns, during the lengthy transaction process. With Anne's competent assistance, we were able to successfully close the deal, and I am now happily in my new home.
