He made the entire process enjoyable, stress-free and fun (which we never thought possible, given how horrible I heard home-buying can be for the first time). He instills trust because he's no BS but also super kind, mellow and has a great southern drawl that diffuses any situation, ha! When we got the house, he made a huge deal of giving us the keys by gifting us a bottle of wine -- and whiskey! -- and stepping back onto the lawn to "soak in watching us open the door to our house for the first time." Anthony is a good guy all around. He is nice and easy to deal with but most importantly he is honest and hard working. I have never written a Yelp review but he did such a good job that I decided to. I listed my house with him and not only did he get above asking price but he also negotiated with the buyer so I could stay in the house for free for 30 days after I closed escrow. Immediately after selling my house, he helped me find a home in South Redondo Beach and got our offer accepted within a few days. Yes.... some of this was luck but I think mainly it happened because Anthony is easy to deal with and other agents chose to deal with him instead of some of the other agents I have met over the years.
