I began my Real Estate journey as a child in the early 80s. My brother and I would accompany our dad, on Saturday and Sunday mornings, when he went to maintain and prepare our family's income properties for lease. We spent the weekends mowing lawns, sanding walls, painting, plumbing, building, and repairing whatever was necessary to prepare the properties for lease. I purchased my first bank-owned property in 1994, and later placed it on the market 'for lease' in 1996. I purchased a couple more properties before deciding to obtain my agent's license; which I did so in 2000 and have been licensed and working with The Real Estate Group since then. Since obtaining my real estate license and becoming a Realtor, I have conducted business such that my clients may literally contact me 24/7, 365 days a year.
