He wrote a contract to buy our home. His intention wasn't to buy - it was to market my home by listing it on MLS. When it didn't sell by the end of the contract, he offered to buy it for $15,000.00 less than the contract he prepared & has refused to give us the deposit he put down for escrow. He said he was not going to lose any money on this contract. Don't let this man scam you as he did to us. I never hired him as a broker or realtor. He is unethical at best. The Attorney General's division of real estate fraud will be handling this if we don't receive a check for the deposit forthwith . Be forewarned !

He is the worst kind of people to do business with. We signed a sale contract with him, but a week before closing, he comes up with a different offer, way below his signed offer. Stay away from this guy. He wasted our time and energy. He is a scam. Very unprofessional.

My wife and I were trying to buy a home that had Avi as the listing agent. Not only was he incredibly unresponsive to our real estate agent, but he initially said there were no offers, then comes back and says there are competing offers and we need to up our offer and waive the inspection. We loved the property so we met his demands, and after saying he would accept the offer, he backs out and says he is going to rent the property out instead. Our agent told us he'd never worked with anyone as unresponsive and unethical. Avoid at all costs.

Avi Ron and his company are crooks! Him and his company pretends that they are going to look at your home to buy but really they just want to steal your property! Be very wary of his contracts. He tricked me in signing over my deed to him but left me liable for the mortgage while he rented my property. He's a theft don't trust him. My advice is if you do get caught up with one of his contracts reach out to your state's Attorney General office immediately and find an attorney!
