My family and I recently purchased a home and Barb's service was exceptional from start to finish. Considering that I was under a time crunch (wife was 8 months pregnant) and the lending environment was particularly difficult, you would think that the process would have been incredibly stressful. My wife & I initially attempted to sell our house ourselves and during these few weeks we had lots of agents calling us and viewing our home, but very little interest from any potential buyers. After a while my we decided to utilize a Real Estate agent to sell the house. We interviewed a few agents and eventually decided upon Barbaras professional knowledge to help us sell our home. We were very pleased with the way that Barbara advised us to prepare our house for sale and also during the time on the market. All the responses emphasized just how nice the house viewed. It was somewhat of a stressful time for us, having to be out of the house when a potential buyers were viewing the premises and days when the house was being held open for the public. After a few anxious counter offers we negotiated on the price that we accepted. Six weeks later Escrow closed and we were moving out. We requested about 5 or 6 quotes from different movers and they all seemed to be very high in cost. Until we asked, the quotation cost were not always the final cost, which was somewhat misleading. With the help of Barbaras professional network, Barbara came up with a name of an individual that would help us move our belongings. Although the individual was not a professional mover we contracted with her to handle our move and we have been very pleased with the way that it has been conducted. Should we ever have a reason to sell or buy another home in the future, we will be sure to contract Barbaras wise support & guidance.

Buying a bank-owned, fixer-upper home was a new experience for us. Fortunately, Barb was our realtor.
