I started my career in real estate in May 1989 when I took my first job as a leasing agent in Galveston to work my way through college. I was promoted quickly due to my ability to "sell a tent on the beach," as one of my clients once told me. By the time I was 21, I was managing a small community on the south side of Houston. That was when I knew I had found my career. I loved helping people find their "home" and have ever since. I received my real estate license in 1997 and started my career selling homes with Etheredge Real Estate in Texas City. You couldn't choose a better broker to work with than Bill Etheredge; He took me under his wing and soon I was winning office competitions for the most transactions.
