I'm Becky Guillett, Broker/Owner of Realty World Home Advantage. I specialize in creating solutions to each client's unique situation, from first-time buyers and sellers, to investors doing 1031 exchanges. I provide superior service every step of the way, even beyond the close of escrow. I have extensive experience in many aspects of real estate and finance, spanning 25 years of Silicon Valley market cycles. I have owned and operated my own residential real estate and mortgage brokerage; managed a branch office for a national lender, where I had full underwriting authority; acted as an intermediary in 1031 exchanges for real estate investors; and worked with developers to finance multi-million dollar commercial and residential construction projects. I was literally in training from a very early age, having grown up with a Realtor, two loan officers, an escrow officer, an exchange coordinator and a contractor. I am a certified SRES (Seniors Real Estate Specialist) and ASP (Accredited Staging Professional).
