Wow!I contacted Bethany on a late Saturday afternoon, about possibly selling my condo. Within minutes, she was on the phone with me, and setting up an appointment to view the property the next morning! I met her at the location, and showed her the property. The condo was not in the best condition, but by Wednesday she had found a buyer, and we began the process. Within the week the condo was under contract, and a closing date was scheduled!She doesn't mess around! This is incredible! I got my asking price as well. Top notch.
