We lived in Blossom Valley for 32 years & we were familiar with Bob & Tina Kelly's names on 'for sale signs for many years. It seemed logical to contact them to sell our home. What we hadn't counted on was their amazing degree of professionalism & their extensive amount of community contacts (Realtors, Brokers. Escrow Agents, Appraisers & Property Managers) They gave us excellent advice, were always available for questions & to explain the processes & even kind enough to offer tips to the less experienced Buyer's Realtor in order to expedite our sale. Their entire team was wonderful to work with! Thank you Bob, Tina, Kimber & Derrick.
I would highly recommend the Bob Kelly Team to someone looking to buy or sell a house. During the process of selling our funky A frame house that needed repairs Bob calmed us down several times during the selling process. They are true professionals. They did a great job for us.
