Bokai Lu

Bokai is not a very good agent. I was on the sell side of a transaction where she represented the buyer. She was continually late with responses and documents to my agent and my agent essentially had to do half of her job for her. There were basic pieces of the transaction of which she seemed to be unaware. She also advised her client poorly throughout the transaction, which eventually fell through. Due in large part to her incompetence, two months of market time were wasted for me, and she cost her client a lot of money spent on inspections, etc. My impression of her is that she is inexperienced, unprofessional, and childish. I would not recommend her at all.
