If you are looking for a realtor that is knowledgeable, patient, and a good listener look no further. She gives good advice and treats you the way she would like to be treated. Her presence is warm and welcoming which puts you at ease and makes your house hunting experience less stressful. I wish more realtors were like Bonita. She is by far the best I have worked with and I would recommend her to anyone that needs a real estate professional. SHE IS THE BEST.

Bonita sold our home quickly! Wow, it was incredible. She came to our house, she was frank with us and told us the truth. She told us what price would get our home sold and we sold it! She made a few suggestions, in her pleasant way, about some things we needed to pack and rearrange. The only agent we will use is Bonita. She found our next home which we love.
