Bram and his team are professional, polite, and go the extra mile. My wife and I contracted with Bram Klein and Associates to sell our house. Despite our listing during the Covid19 pandemic crisis, Bram kept at it, answered our calls during off hours, and made himself available on weekends including Sundays to answer our every question or follow up on anything related to the listing or sale as needed. His photographer took beautiful pictures of our home and thusly our listing photos properly showed the hard work we put into making it beautiful and ready for sale. We are extremely grateful to Bram, Dave, Terri and the others on his team who made our selling experience so great. We will be using Bram to purchase our next home as well. Thanks to all of you!

If you're looking for an honest, sincere, hardworking and knowledgeable real estate company, go no further!!! I have to warn you though my experience with them is a long story and a two sentence review won't cut it. My wife and I had the pleasure of meeting Bram and his wonderful staff after my wife's family had to sell their mother's home. Bram and his staff came highly recommended and the family decided to use his brokerage to list the home. They did everything that could to sell the home; from using online advertisements, signs and good old-fashioned canvassing the adjacent neighborhoods. Bram was able to sell the home quickly and at a good price. What impressed me the most was their communication. They always kept the family abreast of what was happening throughout the transaction and I always had the feeling they sincerely had our best interests at heart. After the house was sold Bram always took the time out to send out an email or phonecall to keep in touch even though my wife and I weren't in the market to purchase a home. I'd get a call from Bram every few months just to talk. It wasn't about buying a home but it was about our respective lives, our families and how things were going. A couple of years elapsed and my wife and I decided to test the water and try purchasing a home. Of course we chose Bram. He set us up with a meeting with a highly respected mortgage broker in Orange County and we were able to determine what we could afford. When it came to looking for the home, we wanted to pick and select a home on our terms and Bram and his staff always respected that. We checked out homes that we wanted to see. They never pushed us. We backed out of one prospective sale after the seller didn't want to negotiate. Bram never pushed us into something we didn't feel comfortable with. Again, I always felt he wanted us to get a home that was right for us with one we wouldn't have second thoughts.

Bram and his team are top notch. They go above and beyond what they say and what one expects from a Realtor. What Realtor comes and walks your dog when you have a showing? With all the other half rate Realtors out there looking out only for themselves, its so refreshing to work with Bram. He is a great agent for either selling or buying. When another Realtor group went to sell our house it sat on the market for 2 months with one low ball offer. When Bram took over we got two fair offers within 10 days that were 98.5% of asking price. He knows how to do market research and who and where to advertise. He then negotiated an extended rent-back as we had a purchase fall through due to unrealistic expectations from the seller agent. After that situation and the limited inventory and our very specific requirements for location, Bram helped get us a short term rental while we shopped around. Shortly after that we found the house we have now purchased. During that process, Bram again was amazing. The seller agent and escrow totally dropped the ball between not having the sellers (who were foreign investors)comply with all the requirements and escrow not realizing they were missing the Grant Deed (duh!), Bram helped negotiate credits and cash back even though the sellers intended to sell the house as is. Tomorrow we move into our forever home and Bram and Terri from Bram Klein and Associates helped make it possible. Thanks so much!
