AMAZING!!! This was not our first home purchase but it was defiantly our best because of Lindsey and Brandon Gates. They are not only professional, but genuinely kind, honest and down to earth people. We bought a home out of town but they were there for us, helping in every step of the way. Any question we had they were very nice and always professional. Plus, they represented the seller, we where the buyers! Sometimes real-estate agents might come across pushy or fake. They are Nothing like that. They are real, enjoyable and a lovely couple. I highly recommend them and greatly advice anyone looking to buy or sell a home to have them on your side. They are Simply the BEST!

Lindsey walked us through the entire process and educated us. She was extremely responsive. We must have looked at 20-30 different places over the span of a few months until we found the perfect spot and location. As a financial advisor, she is someone who I will be referring to my clients and has become a great friend. I am very grateful to have met her!

Brandon and Lindsey provided outstanding service from the beginning of the property search to the close of escrow. From the day I met Brandon and Lindsey I knew I was in good hands. They worked with me for about 7 months, including waiting for me and keeping me updated while on a deployment. Brandon went above and beyond to get me the house I wanted! We fell out of escrow when the sellers became unreasonable about doing necessary roof repairs. Brandon kept going back to their realtor explaining to him why it was the best solution for all people involved to agree to the terms of sale. He worked through VERY frustrating negotiations with them and kept a smile on his face doing it. Thanks for making the process as easy as possible!

Lindsey sent me many properties to review and was always available to visit the ones I was interested in. Her knowledge of the neighborhoods was so helpful for me being new to the San Diego area. Lindsey did extensive research on comparable properties, price per square foot, and we offered a reasonable price that was accepted. Brandon & Lindsey Gates are the best in the business. My sister and I were given the daunting task of helping our aging father to sell the family home. Brandon and Lindsey worked with me to quickly complete the purchase of my new home. I was anxious to finally make a deal on this home after a long nine months of a search for a home that would meet my needs...which were location, space and financial.
