Bruce did an excellent job in representing me as the seller. His advice as to what should be done to make my house marked ready was invaluable and proved correct. I was also pleased that the people he reccommended to repair and paint the house, offered fair priced proposals and excellent work. Over all I am very pleased with the whole process of selling my house, a process which is exhausting. His help made it less nerve-wracking.

Bruce treated me unprofessionally in the two times I dealt with him. I rented a house through him, which was coming on the market and he refused to even discuss options for a possible purchase. He "man-splained" everything. I would be wary of every dealing with him, especially if you are a woman. Sadly, for both him and the owner the house he was listing was far under the price point where I just bought. They both could have come away with a sale, if it wasn't for such arrogance. Trust me, there are many, many better real estate agents, particular ones who can actually edit their own websites with proper English and grammar.
