I just had to write and tell you what a wonderful real estate transaction I had with Bryan Devore. I found Bryan through his monthly updates. I had a house in Rancho Carrillo that was vacant. I called Bryan because I thought he would be interested in renting it for me. After several conversations we decided to list it for sale as well. We sold it in less than two months. My husband and I have bought and sold many properties. Bryan is the most knowledgeable agent we have ever worked with. His calm yet enthusiastic demeanor is an absolute pleasure. This is a testimonial on the service provided to us regarding the rental and sale of our home in a very poor real estate market. We placed our home located in Carlsbad CA on the MLS with Bryan Devore in the summer of 2007, due to a required move to Northern CA. Two months later an offer to rent our house was presented, and Bryan nicely handled the arrangements. After a year the tenants suffered some setbacks and had to move. Bryan found us another tenant quickly, however the husband lost his job, and they never moved in. We then ask Bryan to again list the home exclusively for sale.The pricing of our home had to be adjusted for the market several times but Bryan was diligent staying abreast of the market. There were several offers but unfortunately with the market favoring the buyer, not the seller, we received some ridiculous offers and Bryan helped us weed through them to expose potential pitfalls. Finally came in December we did receive an offer we could live with and the sale was finalize in early February 2009.Bryan was very informative each month with a newsletter to keep us up with the market and what was pertinent to receiving offers fair to us.
