He was thursworty, knowledgeable of what he was doing, very professional, and a very nice person. Since we met Carlos my wife and I have recommended him to family members, friends, and coworkers. I am Víctor Romero I am an electrician by profession this realtor hired me to do all the work for the house at address 600 lisa lane lusby Maryland I never paid for my electricity services when we finished everything with my boys until now I am waiting for him to pay me and he He always says that the bank did not pay him, really do not trust this person Carlos Báez Mora.

Carlos is definitely a Con Artist he stole money from me, took my earnest money and never returned it. His license would be revoked. Do not do business with him

⚠️ WARNING — DO NOT TRUST THIS AGENT ⚠️ I was deceived by Carlos Baez-Mora and his company, Dream Home One LLC. He presented a foreclosure property in Gaithersburg for sale and initiated the paperwork, but a closing date was never established. When I decided to withdraw from the deal and requested my earnest deposit back, he gave nothing but excuses — and to this day, he has NOT returned my money. I have filed a report with the realtor association, yet he continues to operate and take advantage of other buyers. Do not do business with this individual or Dream Home One LLC. Protect yourself and spread the word.
