Carol, as my selling agent, was negative throughout the marketing process and actually down talked the home to me, never saying anything positive about it, except for the location. I was stuck with her, having signed the exclusivity contract, for 3 months, and would not be able to start process over with another agent later. I tried to move her into a more positive frame of mind and give her proof of values and strengths of the home she was denying. She seemed fear driven that she would not sell the home and kept wanting to slash the price more and more and right away. Home sold for @ $200K under Zillow estimate, even if Zillow is a bit higher. Some say it is higher and some lower. I do not recommend Carol. You only sell a home once. Get an agent who believes in your home, before they agree to be your selling agent.
