I want to take a moment and tell you about someone who has had great influence on my life. Charles Brickell, Broker/Associate, at COMPASS. As you know, this is not something I have ever emailed before but its important to me. In 2004, I joined the Prudential California Realtys Laguna Beach office and met Charles. During my time at that office, I held Charles in the highest regard. When it came time for my husband and I sell our home ten years later, I looked to Charles to handle our largest asset. Charles was able to accomplish the highest resale in the community, a record that still stands today. In 2015, when I was in charge of my Mothers estate, again I called on Charles. Charles held a very successful and beautifully orchestrated open house. We had the pleasure of working with Charles on the purchase of our home in Laguna Niguel. He was extremely knowledgeable about Laguna Niguel and understood all the nuances of each neighborhood.
