Cherie has breadth of experience in the real estate industry and has gone full circle. Obtaining her license at twenty years old she spent some time in real estate sales then transitioned to the stock market working with financial analysts, venture capitalists and investment bankers for over a decade before re-entering the real estate industry as a manager of a national title & escrow company. As her family and interests grew she evolved into originating loans. However a few years later, the financial bust crushed the real estate market. Cherie found a position in a never ending industry of funeral pre-planning. This seemed like a natural transition into distressed properties. Cherie found a niche in the short sale market. She negotiated 35-50 short sales at a time and closed hundreds of transactions. As the market healed and there were fewer distressed properties Cherie decided to return to her first love and focus on real estate sales. Cherie soon obtained her broker license while steadily growing her business and passion to help as many people as possible become homeowners.
