Looking at houses can be fun and exciting the possibilities can be endless. But when it’s time to seriously start placing bids and navigating through the complicated bay area housing market it was daunting. In comes the one person who kept us focused and well informed. Anne became my best friend who told me the truth no matter how much we loved a property she points out all the good and the bad for us to make an informed decision. She made me think if a property we are eyeing is the one that fits our lifestyle in the long term and especially if it fits our budget. She comes out anytime of the day even late at night accommodating our crazy work schedule to view properties. Every time I hear a coworker, friend or family that is looking I love recommending Anne to them it’s the best decision we have made. Even after closing on our house we still keep in touch not as crazy as when we were looking but from time to time. Occasionally I catch myself thinking of texting Anne about an idea or a property. She is not only my housing market expert she has become my friend for life.
