My husband and I interviewed a couple of realtors prior to working with Chris, and we are so glad we chose to work with him. Buying a condo in Boston is quite an adventure, and the speed of the market can make things hectic. Chris did an amazing job of buffering us from some of the intense competition -- we didn't have to attend many crowded open houses, or offer to waive inspections or appraisals, and we had our second offer accepted! Chris listened closely to us and didn't push us to make an offer we weren't comfortable with or otherwise compromise our interests. He's very calm and rational, which made the whole process feel steady and relaxed. He was readily available, but didn't over-communicate. We highly recommend working with him!
