I told Chris early in 2018 that I was interested in some type of income-bearing investment. He clearly laid out the pros and cons of income properties in this area.When I informed Chris that the income property was not feasible and that I instead invested in a storage unit facility in Oregon, he was extremely positive and our relationship/friendship did not change at all. Chris Ray sold my house in 5 days with multiple offers over asking. But that is not why I am giving him 5 Stars. It was all the extra things he did to make me feel special. Chris treated the sale of my house as if it was the most important thing he had to do. He decorated my house to make it show well - he made beautiful flyers - had a professional photographer - made a video tour - held a broker tour and open houses - advertised it everywhere - it was on so many websites. Best of all Chris treated us with a lot of respect. Communicated with us the entire way through the process. Very professional, he has a great personality that got people interested in our house. I highly recommend him. There are a lot of realtors out there that do the minimum - but not Chris. He went way above and beyond our expectations and made the experience fun.

If I could give Chris Ray more than 5 stars I would. It only took one try with Chris to get it right. The first house my husband and I looked at, and our first offer was accepted and we just closed. That is unheard of in the Bay Area! As much as it was meant to be, it came to fruition because of Chris. He is honest, hardworking and will push to get you what you want.As nervous first time home buyers, he guided us through the process and made us feel confident and capable.
