Chris was so helpful in our home search and buying transaction. He put enormous effort and care into the entire process and went out of his way to make everything easy and comfortable for us. We weren't able to be present the day of the home inspection and Chris went to the house for us, without us even asking to do so, to make sure all was going well. That is just one example of many. Chris was great through the entire process of selling my house. He gave me great advise on how to stage the house to be most appealing to prospective buyers and assisted me in getting the tasks completed. The pictures he took of the house were fantastic and within hours had showings scheduled for the house. He was flexible around my schedule with the appointments and was very good about reminders when people were going to be coming. He gave me a time frame at the start of the selling process as to how long he thought it would take to sell the house about a month. Chris had the house sold in two weeks! Overall great experience and would use him again no questions asked!
