I chose Chuck based on his stellar reviews, and he did not disappoint. I really did get the offer on the house on Day 2. Several things impressed me: - he really knows how to PREPARE a home for the listing, and I was wise to listen to the feedback and not get defensive (he provided a staging consultation with a specialist, and that really opened my eyes to the changes I needed to make, and Ta-Dah Staging deserves a special mention here, our consultant Abby Valle is phenomenal) - he has a good judgement on the degree of involvement, he knows when he needs to be there for the sellers, and when he can delegate to his team - he is CURRENT on the latest trends and developments in real estate and can back up with facts everything he says - he is a professional, he got the process down to a science -sequence of actions, how long everything takes, how to maximize every advantage, etc. I received updates and other communication from his team regularly, and we always knew that no one was dropping the ball on anything.

Chuck has a complete team that he brings to help you sell your home. It started with Chuck doing research to determine not only what the market would bear, but what the appraisal would support. Armed with this information we established a reasonable listing price. Next was the development of a staging plan.Chuck and a professional stager spent almost 4 hours with me and my wife discussing staging strategies. As a follow up the stager sent us a documented plan for staging the home. After we staged the home Chuck sent in both a photographer and a person who created a digital footprint of our home. The photos and footprint were used to develop brochures and to place the home on multiple websites. End result, we had a ratified contract within 7 days of it going on the market and closed within 30 days. Chuck brings everything you need to be successful in selling your home.

Chuck Valenta was great to work with. He is very accessible and responsive. He kept us up to date at all times and answered all our questions in a timely manner.
