We first met Cindy when we went into a home that was holding an Open House and she was the realtor. We struck up a conversation with her as we toured, telling her why we were looking and where we were interested in living. We were looking for a retirement home in Shenandoah Valley of Virginia. We left that chance encounter but remembered Cindy. A few days later we contacted her and asked her to be our buying agent as we searched. It took us three months of searching to find our home, during which time Cindy was patient, thorough and always had homes for us to see every weekend. The home we chose turned out to be a newly declared short sale, but Cindy assured us she could help us navigate that process. The process got dragged out when the original lender was sold to a new bank and the process had to be restarted, but throughout the time we waited Cindy kept us informed of every change in status. In the three years since then we have sent friends and family to Cindy whenever they mention that they are thinking of moving. Cindy found homes for them all and she has remained friends with every one of them, as she is for us. Cindy is professional, personable and talented. She knows her business and knows her area. I'm a first time home buyer and had NO idea where to start Cindy was highly recommended to me by a co-worker. I was the typical new home buyer in the sense that I thought I knew everything because I had done weeks and weeks of research online. Cindy was beyond patient- to be honest WAY more patient than I would have been! I set up a week of viewing homes, I had over a dozen that I wanted to see everyday and Cindy was very honest with me about the houses I insisted on viewing. Rather they were a little rough for wear or rough on the budget, she walked me through every home. Once I decided on the place we started the paperwork immediately, not the following day or when it was convenient for her: immediately. Cindy recently helped us through the process of purchasing our home. The entire transaction proved to be much less smooth than we had originally anticipated due to several issues--nevertheless, Cindy remained professional, patient, and protected our interests at all times. Her vast knowledge of the real estate market and her attention to all the procedural details was beyond valuable and we could not have been more pleased to have Cindy represent us and be our advocate.

Cindy has been the best! She worked with us managing a property (rental) in which we had problem tenants and always supported us and protected our interests. She then listed and sold our home, again supporting us in things that came up with the buyers.
