I personally would not use her again. She “recommended a home inspector” which later we found out that they were friends, and so many things were not told to us or they “overlooked” and then reading their fine print they were not help responsible for anything. We asked for the permits for the all the work done in the house and we were told we didn’t need them, the sellers lied on the disclosure and we once again went to Cindy and she wasn’t helpful at all. So now we are stuck in a house with major issues, that we can’t afford to fix, all because of her not doing her job correctly. She had told us there is nothing we can do because we had the home inspection and none of it was on his list. She didn’t try to negotiate the price of the home, we actually paid more for the house than what it was worth, so owning the home for almost 3 years and we are still upside down in it. A lesson we learned the hard way as a first time homebuyers not to use “ recommended” home inspectors and to do our homework on realtors. A family friend realtor is not the way to go.
