Claude Blackman

First time homebuyer, shopped around for a good agent. Immediately after meeting Mr. Blackman my wife and I knew he would be the person and company assisting us in our journey. This is a genuine company to work with extremely competent in the San Diego area in all aspects. Once we found the home we loved tidal realty made the process extremely simple and easy to understand. If you or someone you know is looking for property to buy or sell in the San Diego metroplex you should use Claude and his team to get the job done.

I told Claude what I wanted and he helped me go through a long list of houses and to narrow down the search and found me a beautiful house with an amazing view! I would recommend Claude and tidal reality to anyone in the area!!!

Claude is amazing to work with. Any questions or needs I had, were fulfilled in a timely manner. His expertise in VA Loans and the San Diego area are superb any very helpful. 2 of my coworkers used him following my recommendation and purchased their homes. 2 more of my friends are beginning their home buying search with him now. I highly recommend him to ANYONE and EVERYONE.

My experience with Claude was wonderful. He was always there for assistance before, during and after purchasing my home. He provided me with knowledge and was truly on my side during the whole process. he got me exactly everything that I wanted and met all of my expectations in a relator/broker. I highly recommend him to not only my close relatives and friends but to anyone that is in search for a fantastic relator or broker.
